A gift voucher is the perfect way to treat someone, whether it be a present to celebrate a special occasion, a work reward or simply to say thanks - we have it covered! Just enter the amount you'd like to load onto the voucher, and add it to your basket. You can choose to have the voucher emailed immediately to the recipient, or have a physical voucher posted to them in a beautifully present gifting envelope.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by The Bull Inn, Woodbridge.
1. Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Once expired, gift vouchers cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded.
2. Redemption
Vouchers can be redeemed against the selected event or treat.
Vouchers must be presented physically or digitally at the time of payment.
Redemption is subject to availability and advance booking is highly recommended.
3. Booking Conditions
If using a voucher to reserve a room, please inform us at the time of booking.
Normal booking terms and conditions (e.g. cancellation policies) apply to all voucher-based reservations.
No cash change will be given if the total spend is less than the voucher value.
4. Non-Transferable / No Cash Value
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
The Bull Inn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
Replacements may be issued at our discretion if valid proof of purchase is provided.
6. Voucher Customisation
The Bull Inn reserves the right to refuse redemption of any voucher that has been tampered with, altered, or appears fraudulent.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
